I am Zineddine Hamdini, an Industrial Automation & computing Engineer with a Master’s degree, currently working at MFG Float Glass Company since 2022 while freelancing since 2021. My passion for automation stems from my desire to transform complex systems into efficient operations. I have developed expertise in automatic and control systems, PLC programming, fieldbuses, SCADA systems, and electrical engineering, since starting my career in electrical engineering and automation in 2017.
I founded ZIZOU ENGINEERING to help clients realize projects and enhance processes through automation solutions. I have successfully executed numerous projects, collaborating with diverse teams and always striving to improve the reliability and efficiency of industrial equipment. I am an engineer in MFG float glass prodection company, I started with this big company if 2022 in industrial maintenance, and now I am taking charge to enhace and ensure the smooth automation for the process, from the raw materials and batch plan zone, to the furance and hole production line.
I started working as a freelancer since 2021 after taking my master degree. I treated and worked with lot of clients from Irland, France, Algeria, Tunisia and more. my freelance about industrial automation and plc programming solutions, electrical schematics, SCADA design, projects ameliorations, that why I created ZIZOU ENGINEERING brand !
and time to time I work as freelance in logo & brand, website conception and design.
I hold a License in Automatic & Control (2019) and a Master Engineer Degree in Industrial Automation and Computing (2021).
In 2020, I completed extensive training in Industrial Electricity with Sonalgaz, and I did make a big project with HAYAT KIMYA (when I was student) about Automation and the real-time supervision of the raw-material logistic with automated transtocker(6 months in 2021).
From 2019 to 2024, I earned certifications in advanced PLC programming, G120, YASKAWA VFD training, and WinCC pro, among others. I also pursued additional training while working in MFG company, continuously enhancing my expertise.
I specialize in PLC programming using Siemens PLC brand with TIA Portal and Simatic Manager, mastering SCL, STL, and ladder languages. Proficient in HMI/SCADA with WinCC Professional, I work sometimes with other plc marks like Allen-Bradley, Omron and DELTA.
I use EPLAN P8 to draw professional electrical schematics. I also love to develop software in C# and .NET and link it wth PLC over profinet or opc and databasses, I work with Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, IO-Link, and various automation devices and sensors. My broad skills cover numerous aspects of industrial automation.
I specialize in creating advanced control systems and optimizing processes. My work involves designing, programming, and implementing PLC solutions that enhance efficiency and reliability. Whether developing custom automation solutions or troubleshooting existing systems, my focus is on delivering high-quality, innovative results that meet the specific needs of each project. We had malfunction in emergency cullet feeding mode, that always cause demmages on hardwares and motors DC braker, problem solved by debugging and make modification in PLC program.
when we had conveyors faults, we checked all electrical and mechanical parts, when all parts are okey ! I explore SIMOTION SCOUT, analysing all faults and re-parametrezing the vfd to solve the problems.

Programming S7-300 PLC for PID control of liquid level and flow, and designing DELTA HMI for supervision, and ensure all safety and the correct wiring.

- I program smart desktop application or specific SCADA for machine supervision and control, with .Net and C# language, I ensure the communication from your specific machine software to the plc and the data exchanging for real-time control and monitoring.
